Sumpu Ranger show 駿府レンジャーショー

Mr O. whom I got to know the day before told me that he really wanted to go to Ohfunato where there is really task from Magoroko net. One guy canceled his joining just before the day, I decided to join the activity. It was just to support the local festival at kindergarden and at a station where a band from Shizuoka would have a show for children.

前日知り合ったOさんが、まごころネットではなかなか行くチャンスのない大船渡で募集があるという。そのうちの一人がドタキャンをしたらしく、特に行き先が決まっていたわけでもないので、じゃあと参加することにする。仕事はというと、静岡県からやってくるバンドが幼稚園と、駅の構内でするコンサートのお手伝い。もっぱら子供向けのイベントだ。

At first we went to a kindergarden in Ohfunato and we helped them to transport their equipment. Actually there was almost nothing else to do. The kindergarden had just received a digital piano which was donated by a woman in Shizuoka and the band took the piano with them. So we also assembled the piano. Surely piano or organ is necessary in kindergarden to sing with children!

まず大船渡にあるとある幼稚園に行き、バンドの荷物運びを手伝う。実際にはそれ以外ほとんどすることがない。その幼稚園には、ある静岡の女性がデジタルピアノを寄付していて、それをそのバンドが持ち込んできていた。それでさっそくOさん始め、当日のメンバーのSさんと一緒にピアノを組み立て始める。もちろん幼稚園には子供と一緒に歌うのにピアノかオルガンが必須だ。

With some troubles we were able to finish the piano. Then we also enjoy magic of other volunteer and sang songs and danced with children. It was of course not the task for Mr.O. He was smoking alone outside.

少々のトラブルがありながらもピアノを組み立てた。その後他のボランティアの方の手品ショーを一緒に楽しみ、幼稚園児と一緒に歌って踊る。もちろんOさんの趣味ではないので、彼は一人で外でタバコを吸っていた。

After the show at the kindergarden we moved to Sakari station for the next show. I have never seen such a concert on a platform!　And more, I have never thought of making Watagashi in my life.

幼稚園でのショーの後、われわれはJR盛駅 のプラットフォームへ機材を運ぶ。駅の構内のコンサートなど初めてだ。ましてやそこで人生初めての綿菓子を作ることになろうとは想像すらできなかった。
